2 Receive Authorization & Instructions
Our team, based in Savannah, will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return shipping instructions. Do not ship items back without an RMA.
3 Pack & Ship
Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Include the RMA number inside the package. Ship to our warehouse address provided in your instructions.
4 Inspection & Processing
Once received, our team will inspect the item (typically within 3-5 business days). We will notify you via email about the status.
5 Resolution
- Refund: For approved returns, your refund will be processed.
- Exchange: For size/color exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is approved. For out-of-stock exchanges, we will issue a refund or discuss alternatives.
- Defective/Damaged Items: We will cover return shipping and expedite a replacement or full refund.
