  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Opened or Used Safety Gear: Any item where hygiene or safety is compromised once opened.
  • Final Sale Items: Clearly marked as such on the product page.

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Use the template below to ensure we get all needed info quickly.
  2. Receive Authorization & Instructions: Our team, based in Savannah, will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return shipping instructions. Do not ship items back without an RMA.
  3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Include the RMA number inside the package. Ship to our warehouse address provided in your instructions.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item (typically within 3-5 business days). We will notify you via email about the status.
  5. Resolution:
    • Refund: For approved returns, your refund will be processed.
    • Exchange: For size/color exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is approved. For out-of-stock exchanges, we will issue a refund or discuss alternatives.
    • Defective/Damaged Items: We will cover return shipping and expedite a replacement or full refund.

Refunds: Timing & Method
